Where is the event located?

WoundCon is an online Virtual Wound Care Conference and Expo.

What is the price for attendance?

Registration is free of charge for licensed health care providers.

For non-health care providers, the registration fee is $149.00.

What information do I need to provide in order to qualify for free registration?

Licensed health care providers are asked to provide either their NPI (National Provider Identifier) OR their professional license number, in addition to completion of the required fields on the registration form. REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

How many CE/CME credits can I earn by attending WoundCon?

As there are concurrent sessions scheduled in most CE/CME blocks during the live WoundCon event, you can earn up to 4 CE/CME credits through participation on April 2nd, 2020. Up to 9.75 CE/CME credits can be earned through participation the sessions made available on demand for one week after the live event. See details below.

Can I view WoundCon in a group setting and still receive CE/CME credit?

Yes. In order to receive credit for group participation, a facility administrator must submit a request for group registration by clicking here. Instructions will be provided upon submission of the group registration request.

Can I access WoundCon after the event date?

WoundCon will be made available on demand for one week for those who attend the live event.*

What can I expect from attending WoundCon?

WoundCon will feature 13 sessions with free CE/CME credits, a keynote address, networking opportunities, an exhibit hall, and other events and activities throughout the day.

Do I have to attend the full conference?

WoundCon is April 2, 2020 from 9:00am to 7:00pm ET. Attend just one session or attend them all. It is not mandatory to attend the full conference.

How will I attend?

After you have completed registration, you will receive your log-in information for the day of the live event. You will then use this information to log in with your device on April 2, 2020 at 9:00am ET when the WoundCon lobby opens.

How do I earn CME credits during the event?

The CME* sessions (also known as in-services) are webinars that will broadcast from WoundCon during the live event. There will be three CME sessions to choose from in most of the CME session time blocks. To access the CME sessions, attendees must visit the auditorium during the scheduled session block and select the program they wish to view. Instructions on how to request your CE/CME credits will be provided within the WoundCon virtual conference environment, as well as in a follow-up email after the event.

What will I do during Exhibit Hall hours?

The Exhibit Hall times noted are scheduled periods during the day to allow WoundCon attendees time to visit the virtual Exhibit Hall and network with the wound care companies that are exhibiting at WoundCon.

The exhibitors will be providing education on their wound care products and technologies within their exhibit booths and will provide brochure and literature downloads, videos, and scheduled In-Booth Education. You may also chat with a company representative to address any questions you may have about their wound care products. There will be other educational activities made available to attendees in the Exhibit Hall during the scheduled Exhibit Hall blocks.

What types of presentations can be viewed in the Auditorium?

You can view the following types of live (specific start or end time) or on-demand presentations:

  • Keynotes
  • Webcasts
  • Q&A sessions
  • Panel discussions

Where do I see live or on-demand presentation listings?

You may view listings of live or on-demand presentations in any of the following locations:

  • Agenda (made available in the navigation bar)
  • Auditorium listings
  • In-Booth Education listings in exhibitor booths

Professional Networking

What tools are available for Professional Networking at WoundCon?

  • Group Chat: Different locations have their own group chats to facilitate communication among the attendees who are in the same location at the same time.
  • Scheduled Chat/In-Booth Education: These chats are scheduled to run at a specific time interval, on predefined topics, often with guest speakers.
  • Private Chat: Engage with other attendees or sponsor representatives in private one-on-one chats.
  • Messages: Send/receive email to/from other attendees and sponsor staff.
  • Forums: Participate in discussions on interesting topics in forums. These are typically found in the Networking Lounge.


Can I search for content?

In general, there is a “Content Search” menu item in the Search tab of the navigation bar. There are Basic and Advanced options available for defining search criteria. The search will cross all content across all locations.



Is WoundCon hosted on a secure ON24 Virtual Environments secure website?

Attendees can get into an environment only with login and password authentication, which is set up during the Registration process.

What information can attendees obtain about me?

The environment’s producers determine which registration fields to make visible in an Attendee’s public profile, visible when attendees search for one another.
